Short Speed Dialing
Now you can reach emergency numbers or those you call frequently by
dialing only one digit – even for long distance.
You can select a list of eight (8) telephone numbers. To
program your list, press 74# on your touch-tome phone or dial
7-4 and wait four seconds on your rotary phone.
Listen for a dial tone, then select a number between 2 – 9. DO
NOT USE # 1. Then dial the
number you wish to program, press the # button (below the 9 on your touch-tone
phone). Listen for two “beeps”
which indicates that your number has been entered.
Then simply hang up. Make a
list of the numbers you programmed, keep it close to your phone.
Long Speed Dialing
Now you can reach emergency numbers or those you call frequently by
dialing only one or two digits – even for long distance.
You can select a list of thirty (30) telephone numbers.
To program your list, press 75# on your touch-tome phone or dial
7-5 and wait four seconds on your rotary phone.
Listen for a dial tone, then select a number between 20 – 49.
Dial the number you wish to program, press the # button (below the 9 on
your touch-tone phone). Listen for
two “beeps” which indicates that your number has been entered.
Then simply hang up. Make a
list of the numbers you programmed, keep it close to your phone.
